Enriching Our Community
The purpose of the Belleville Community Club is to promote, aid, and encourage the civic, cultural, educational, and municipal interests of the Village of Belleville, Wisconsin, the surrounding community, and the residents that reside therein.
To achieve that purpose, through funds raised mainly at the annual Belleville Community Picnic, the Community Club contributes back to the community in many ways. Some of these contributions include:
• Spring & Summer flowers along Main Street • Easter Egg Hunt in Library Park • Post Prom donations & door prizes • Four annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors • Single event scholarships for Belleville students to attend camps, events, etc. • Chartering the local Boy Scout Troop • Holiday lights and decorations around the village and the annual holiday lights & decorations contest • Sponsoring Santa’s visit to town each year • Community organization fees and donations • Belleville park improvements (e.g. Sugar River Park cook shack, Blaser Park facilities, and more) •
